This is the ultimate Greece
singles trips with part land and part cruise. We have the
Professionals in the City Singles Group taking this trip with us.
They have 200,000 members with locations in LA, D.C. and New York
so we should have no problem filling this one. Plus, consider
coming on the Amalfi Coast Italy trip following this and even
extending further and coming on the South of France trip which
will follow that! This could be the start of your 6-week
Europe vacation!
We’ll land in Athens on a Thursday
morning and tour the famous
Acropolis and home of the Parthanon. On Friday morning we’ll head
over to the island of
Mykonos
for the next 3 nights. This island
is not only picturesque with it’s white buildings and blue trim,
the narrow meandering streets with cute shops and restaurants and
famous windmills, it’s also THE place for nightlife on the
weekends with many Europeans who come here. We’ll have a tour set
up that will take us on a 45 minute boat ride to the island of
Delos, which is an entire city
of ruins with no current inhabitants. It’s also fun to rent a
scooter or car and tour Mykonos and spend the day at one of the
most beautiful, as well as hip and happening beaches in the
Mediterranean.
Then, we board the Louis
Hellenic Cruises
ship for a 4-day cruise (3-nights as we will be
departing on Santorini) that will take in the
enchanting islands of Rhodes, Crete, Kusadassi (Ephesus,
Turkey), Patmos (famous for John the Baptist’s Revelation) and
the
 idyllic island of Santorini.
We’ll debark on this
adorable island and spend 3 more days on land. There is not
a more magical island in the world than Santorini. You will
absolutely fall in love with it. We will have optional tours
set up including an all day tour visiting the caldera via a nice
wooden boat and even swimming to a natural hot springs!
There is also some great wine tasting here.
This is the ideal
singles travel introduction to the jewels of the Aegean. Cost of $2,850 includes air (deduct $615 with your own
air). We have group air from LAX, DULLES or JFK (less $200 for JFK), transfers, all lodging, daily
breakfast, 3-night singles cruise with all meals and sightseeing tour in
Athens. That is a terrific group
savings for this trip and you will love our hotels in Mykonos and
Santorini. We do also have some larger cabins on hold for a
paid upgrade for an additional $125 for those who are interested.
