A cruise along the mighty Volga Rive with daily stops to visit and tour some of the loveliest cities of the Golden Ring. St Petersburg with the Hermitage Museum; St Isaac's Cathedral, Pushkin and Peterhof.

Aug. 04 - Depart LAX

Aug. 05 - Arrive St Petersburg: Transfer to our Hotel

Aug. 06 - St Petersburg: An afternoon visit to Peterhof, summer palace of Peter the Great, is included.

Aug. 07 - St. Petersburg: City tour in morning and afternoon tour to Pavlovsk or Catherines Palace.

Aug. 08 - St. Petersburg: Experience the incomparable Hermitage Museum. You may choose an optional tour in the afternoon and/or evening. Set sail.

Aug. 09 - Mandroga: Village dwellers meet the guests and organize something special for them. Museum of Russian Vodka.

Aug.10 - Kizhi Island: Cross Lake Onega to Kizhi Island and join in a walking tour of the State Preserve with a visit to the unique collection of wooden homes, windmills and churches, and visit the museum of Architecture.

Aug.11 - Goritzy: Arrive in Goritzy and participate in a guided tour of this tiny village and the Kirillo-Belozersky Monastery constructed in the 14th century.

Aug.12 - Jaroslavl: Is an important Volga port. We will have a city tour, visit Spaso-Preobrazgenskiy Monastery a group of 17th century cathedrals and loveliest of all is the Church of Elijah the prophet.

Aug.13 - Uglich: Sail in comfort and enjoy the countryside as we prepare to dock in Uglich. Join our walking tour of this ancient city, visit the Cathedral of Resurrection, St. John’s Church and learn about ancient mysteries. Return to the ship in the afternoon.

Aug.14 - Moscow: Begin your day with your English speaking guide on a tour of this magnificent city. Tour Red Square, the Kremlin and Cathedral Square. Enjoy a guided tour of the Armory Chamber with its spectacular collection of imperial treasures. Return to the ship in time for a delicious dinner. This evening, tour the celebrated Metro and experience the sights of the city by night.

Aug.15 - Moscow: After breakfast, visit Tretyakov Gallery or join our walking tour of picturesque Arbat Street with time for shopping. In the evening, optional ballet, opera or folklore performance may be offered in the evening.

Aug.16 - Moscow: Disembarkation, transfer to airport.

·        Roundtrip air - LAX to St. Petersburg and from Moscow to LAX

·        St. Petersburg stay: 1 night hotel plus buffet breakfast

·        10 Nights on board Petrokrepost: Cabin accommodations in category chosen. All cabins are outside with air conditioning, a refrigerator and private facilities (based on double occupancy).

·        Meals: Three full course meals daily. Plus gala dinners, and Welcome Cocktail reception.

·        On board activities: Russian language lessons and lectures, morning aerobics, nightly entertainment and dancing, tour of the ship’s bridge.

·        Port charges: All port charges are included.

·        Sightseeing: Tours in each city by private motor coach with English speaking guides and selected shore excursions during the cruise as per itinerary.

·        Guide and Bus Driver’s Tips.

Not included:

·        Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Optional but must pay for within 10 days of reservation for pre-existing conditions or if trip is cancelled due to a terrorist incident in order to be covered.

·        Gratuities: Tips to the Cruise Director and crew are at your discretion.

·        Passport/visas: Valid passport and Russian visa required. Processing fees are additional.
